The Grosse Pointe Sail Club has been hosting weekly races on Lake St. Clair since 1948, and annual regattas as a member of the Detroit Regional Yacht-racing Association (DRYA) since 1949. Our Tuesday Night Sundown & Fall Series, which is the longest-running race of its kind in the region, has been our premier annual event for over seven decades, drawing racers from clubs all over southeast Michigan and southern Ontario. In addition to our weekly race series, the Grosse Pointe Sail Club provides unique racing opportunities specifically for club members.
